Chiarito Vineyard’s cooking classes, available exclusively to our Wine Club members, are designed to teach traditional Italian cooking techniques, including the making of fresh breads, pastas, gnocchi, sausage and much more.
The classes are kept small to give everyone a truly intimate experience working side-by-side with our winemaker, John Chiarito, and guest Chef Ari Rosen.
